By accessing and using the services provided by Book Assistants (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Bookkeeping Services: The Company specializes in providing expert bookkeeping services to clients.
Scope of Services: The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal between the Company and the client.
Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of bookkeeping services.
Cooperation: Clients agree to cooperate with the Company in a timely manner, providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries promptly.
Fees: The fees for services will be outlined in the agreement or proposal between the Company and the client.
Payment: Clients agree to pay fees in accordance with the payment terms specified in the agreement or proposal.
Confidential Information: The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without the client's explicit consent.
Exceptions: The Company may disclose confidential information if required by law or authorized by the client.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the provision of services.
The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services.
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the states of Tennesse.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
